Absolutely not! all we require from you is to turn the tablet on using the power button. After that, we do everything else!

Our remote tool is fitted with an EE sim card so as long as your location has phone signal, the tool should work perfectly. If not, you can connect the tablet to your home wifi and it will work too. 

In the box you will have a pre-paid returns label. All you need to do is stick the label on the box and drop it off at your local post office or at a package drop box and we will receive the tool back.
