Over 20 years of ECU tuning and commercial vehicle programming
ECUFLASH started with car and van remapping and developed steadily into specialist commercial vehicle and agricultural work as the industry moved to more complex engine management systems. That progression means the experience is earned rather than claimed — built across every generation of diesel ECU technology from late-OBD-II through to current Euro 6 and Stage V platforms.
Cars & Vans
Stage 1 remapping for verified petrol and diesel vehicles. Diesel-only economy remapping, with Stage 2 and speed limiter programming assessed by enquiry. EGR services for petrol and diesel; DPF and AdBlue services for diesel.

ECUFLASH Ltd has been operating since 2004, making us one of the longest-established ECU remapping and commercial vehicle programming specialists in the UK. What began as a car and van remapping service has grown into a specialist commercial vehicle operation covering trucks, tractors, HGVs and agricultural machinery.
We work across the full range of vehicle types — from cars and light vans through to heavy trucks and agricultural equipment. Our commercial vehicle work spans the major European truck manufacturers including DAF, Scania, Volvo, Renault Trucks, Mercedes-Benz, MAN and Iveco, and we carry genuine dealer-level diagnostic equipment for each.
Dealer-Level Diagnostic Capability
Accurate diagnosis is the foundation of any ECU or programming work. We invest in the same diagnostic tools used by manufacturer main dealers — DAF DAVIE, Scania SDP3, Volvo Premium Tech Tool, and equivalent systems for other makes. This means we can read and clear fault codes accurately, run actuator and live data tests, and confirm the root cause of a fault before any programming work is carried out.
This matters particularly for AdBlue and SCR system faults, where a NOx sensor fault code may be caused by any one of several underlying issues. Programming or replacing components without proper diagnosis leads to wasted time and expense.
Remote Programming Service
ECUFLASH operates a remote ECU programming service which allows us to carry out complex programming procedures on vehicles anywhere in the UK without them needing to travel to our Doncaster workshop. We send a supplied programming tablet and connection equipment by post. The customer opens the box, switches on the tablet, connects it to the vehicle OBD port, and turns the ignition on or off when instructed. We complete the programming and the equipment is returned.
