Performance & Economy

Iveco S-Way, Hi-Way, Stralis and Eurocargo trucks span long-haul, waste, construction and medium-duty distribution. We establish whether the vehicle uses Cursor 13, Cursor 11, Cursor 9 or another relevant FPT platform, then match the proposed work to its operating use.

Iveco EASY with ELTRAC hardware is used before programming to read relevant live data, fault information and service conditions. It helps us distinguish a genuine engine or aftertreatment issue from a calibration request and confirm the correct route for the vehicle’s ECU.

Before We Confirm a Programming Route

  • Provide the Iveco model, registration or VIN, Cursor engine family if known, model year and typical load or route profile.
  • Iveco EASY is used to review applicable engine, HiTronic and SCR/DPF system information before a programming method is agreed.
  • S-Way, Hi-Way, Stralis and Eurocargo applications are confirmed by ECU/software version; remote, OBD and bench availability can differ.

Our Iveco Capability

  • Cursor engines are produced by FPT Industrial (Fiat Powertrain Technologies) — shared architecture with agricultural equipment means ECUFLASH experience spans trucks and farming machinery
  • The Cursor 13 in the S-Way has significant factory headroom — ECU calibration can deliver a meaningful increase in torque for heavy haulage
  • ECUFLASH uses genuine Iveco EASY software for accurate diagnosis — no generic OBD guesswork before programming work begins
  • Iveco Hi-Way and Stralis are very common in UK waste, construction and bulk tipper fleets — we have extensive experience across these platforms

Iveco Truck Tuning FAQs

Which Iveco models can you assess?

We assess S-Way, Hi-Way, Stralis and Eurocargo platforms, including Cursor 13, Cursor 11 and Cursor 9 applications. Registration or VIN information confirms the exact ECU first.

Can you assess Iveco HiTronic behaviour?

Iveco EASY provides the relevant diagnostic information to review HiTronic-related concerns before any gearbox-parameter or drivability discussion.

What does Iveco EASY check before programming?

It provides manufacturer-level access to relevant fault information, live data and actuator routines, helping us identify existing SCR, DPF or engine concerns before work is proposed.

What should I include in an Iveco enquiry?

Send the registration or VIN, S-Way/Hi-Way/Stralis/Eurocargo model, Cursor engine if known, duty type and any warning, derate or gearbox symptoms.

Having AdBlue or SCR Problems with your Iveco?

We use Iveco EASY (ELTRAC Easy) to diagnose AdBlue, NOx sensor, SCR catalyst and engine derate faults accurately — before any repair or programming work begins.
