Air Suspension
Programming
Air suspension ECU programming, height sensor calibration, and system configuration for commercial trucks and specialist vehicles. Manufacturer-level diagnostic equipment.
Electronic Air Suspension
Modern commercial vehicles use electronically controlled air suspension systems — ECUs manage ride height, cross-axle load distribution, kneeling functions, and tyre/coupling height presets. These systems rely on accurate sensor data and calibrated control software.
After any component replacement — air springs, sensors, valves, compressors, or the suspension ECU itself — the system must be re-programmed and re-calibrated to restore correct operation. Without this step, suspension faults will persist and the vehicle cannot correctly manage ride height.
ECUFLASH carry out air suspension programming using manufacturer-specific diagnostic systems that provide full access to the suspension control unit — not generic tools that cannot communicate with proprietary suspension ECUs.
